Celebrities, they’re just like us! They go to concerts, they mouth the lyrics to their friends, and they’re so obscenely perfect that you dream of being their next best friend… Okay, maybe not that last one. But your two favorite spirit animals, Taylor Swift and Beyoncé, became best friends over the weekend at the Justin Timberlake concert (or at least, we hope they did based on this video evidence alone). A concertgoer spotted them getting down, and I’m jealous I couldn’t have been there to see what they talked about. I assume Beyoncé gave Taylor advice on dating (and dancing, hopefully).
Before we know it, we’ll all be bowing down to Taylor. Sure, she already has Lena Dunham and Karlie Kloss, but they’re nothing in comparison to the queen. After the drama that went down between them 200 years ago courtesy of Kanye, it’s about time that they embrace their place as American royalty, by hanging out, double dating with Taylor’s flavor of the minute, and awkward dance partying. I sense the collaboration of the century.
