Miley Cyrus really loves Instagram, so it makes sense she’d chronicle her minor wrist surgery on her account, going so far as snapping a pic in the middle of surgery, with all the gross ER (the show, not the place) stuff going on inside. Luckily Miley also posted some photoshopped versions that are a little less nasty. Let’s all pretend all our wrists are full not of bones and muscle, but delicious pizza.
