Today Elijah Wood, forever a hobbit teenager, turns 34. Though you can joke the Lord of the Rings alum doesn’t look like he’s aged since the first movie, his resume proves he has been moving and growing in the decade since. Most recently he stared in the FX series Wilfred and lent his voice to the new animated series Over the Garden Wall. And through all the projects, he’s be continuously adorable.
