The video for Elastic Heart features a leotard-clad Maddie Ziegler (girl is crazy talented) frolicking with LaBeouf (this is exactly what the Even Stevens star would be up to).
The song is said to be (by YouTube commenters, mostly) about Sia’s intensely difficult relationship with her father. As Maddie dances and eventually breaks free of the cage *spoiler alert* Shia is left behind. Now, if Shia would stay in the cage forever, Sia would really be doing us all a service.
