Congratulations are in order for one of our all-time favorite boy banders: Lance Bass tied the knot with Michael Turchin on Saturday! The happy couple exchanged vows at the Park Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles, surrounded by family, friends, and of course fellow *NSYNC members Joey Fatone, Chris Kirkpatrick, and JC Chasez.
JC wasn’t just an attendee, he was a huge part of the special day: he and Kristin Chenoweth sang a song for Lance and Michael’s first dance at the reception – aww! Wonder if they played *NYSNC’s “This I Promise You?” Other celebrity guests included Jamie Lynn-Sigler and JoAnna Garcia Swisher, close friends of the couple who also officiated the ceremony.
We can’t wait for more pictures of this one. According to Lance, the approximately 300 guests were were asked to dress as if they were attending “a royal wedding but at the Met Ball.” The couple used wedding planner Sharon Sacks, who also did Kim Kardashian’s wedding to Kanye West, so you know it was grand.
Did your invite get lost in the mail? No worries – E! will be airing a special on February 5 entitled Lance Loves Michael: The Lance Bass Wedding. The show will feature the couple’s romance as well as the wedding and reception. It’s the first time an American television network is broadcasting a celebrity wedding between two men! Can’t wait.
